Here at Heritage Classic Restorations we specialise in classic car bodywork restoration, paintwork, service and mechanical repairs. We can restore vehicles from the ground up in our fully equipped workshop, for an affordable cost. We give free estimates and inspections on our ramps. Being classic car owners ourselves, we know what owning a classic means to our customers. We work on all makes and models of any age. If you love your car, then we would love to help you keep it on the road!

Services

Our services include bodywork repairs, including all types of welding and fabrication of new panel work and fitting of new supplied panels.  We also, provide all other aspects of repair like mechanical, paintwork, servicing, trim and electrical.  Please get in touch for more details and let us know what you need and we will provide you with the professional, high quality, affordable service your vehicle deserves.  We like you to be involved at every stage of your vehicle’s repair and are happy for you to visit us whenever you like, and on some suitable occasions, help us!  We also encourage our customers to order their own parts, so we don’t have to charge VAT on them!

Repair

Specialising in full and part repairs of car bodywork on steel, aluminium and fibreglass with no patching, just making it look like the day it left the factory.

Revive

Fully equipped clean and tidy workshop facilities including English wheel, shrinking, stretching, folding, swaging and panel fabrication machinery.

Refurbish

We have worked on several makes of vehicles, including Jaguar, Alvis, Austin Healey, Aston Martin, MG, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Mercedes, Triumph, VW and Ford.

Restore

We treat all vehicles the same, because they all deserve the same level of care and attention to bring them back to the condition they should be in. It’s as simple as that!

About Terry

When I was a child, my father owned a classic car as his every day vehicle.  This installed a passion for them which has stayed with me to this day.  So much so, that back in the mid 1990’s I went back to College in Colchester to learn classic car restoration, on a full time course where I obtained my London City & Guilds Diploma in Classic Car Restoration and I have remained in the industry ever since.

With over 30 years of experience, I have been fortunate enough to work on most makes and models, including work for Practical Classics magazine and Jaguar Heritage Drivers Trust on their XK120’s, including ‘NUB 120’ and ‘LWK 707’ (as seen in the picture).  However, I feel that every classic car I am lucky enough to be involved with deserves the same care and attention as the last, irrespective of their worth. My friendly team all love working on classic cars like myself.
